The Story of Our Name
Steadfast Coffee Roasters (SCR) is more than a snazzy name. It was chosen with prayer and purpose.
Our name encompasses our mission to love our God and serve Him well, which includes loving our family and communities well too.
Our faith in God overflows into the work of our hands.
Thus, the birth of Steadfast.
“O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.” - Psalm 108:1
Steadfast Coffee Roasters is a business? Yes, and so much more.
Steadfast is a ministry.
It serves as a home base in our community where we shine the Light of Christ right here and stretching afar. Jesus and coffee? Yes, that is right. We can serve Jesus with a coffee business.
You see, our lives are all about being Steadfast in Him…
Steadfast:
Fixed in direction; steadily directed
Firm in purpose, resolution, faith, attachment, etc., as a person
Unwavering, as resolution, faith, adherence, etc.
Firmly established, as an institution or a state of affairs

We are Steadfast in Him as in being unwavering in our commitment, faith, and love for Him.
We are Steadfast for you, our customers, as in being unwavering in our commitment to provide you with the highest quality coffee and service.
Comfort of Coffee
There is something about coffee that is so comforting. Specifically, a hot cup of joe (for those of us that enjoy it hot, that is) brings on a whole new level of comfort. I can envision it now…hands wrapped around a warm mug while cozied up in the favorite chair and soaking in the glow of the beautiful morning sunrise. Even the aroma itself provides a new depth in the air that can soothe the soul.
No wonder God created coffee. I am sure thankful He did!
We enjoy combining our passions, so it is surely a treat to share our love for God and coffee in the same space!
